The management at Canline has seen an increasing need for remediation of pipelines which have failed or are in poor condition. We have developed unique equipment for installing liners and are always striving to improve our procedures and equipment. We also work with Enerclear to do Insitu coatings.

We work with various products to meet the different operating conditions that our clients have. We install:

Freestanding Products:

1 inch and 1 1/2 inch stainless steel tubing ( www.swagelok.com/calgary )

All of these products are freestanding and there is no requirement for the conduit pipeline to pass a pressure test when they are used as a liner.

These flexible products present significant savings over traditional steel pipelines. In a liner application you avoid most if not all landowner issues and also eliminate a lot of the ground disturbance and line crossing issues. Using these products for new pipelines eliminates most welding and x-ray costs.

There are also long-term savings that are realized. You will not need to use corrosion inhibiters and you will not need cathodic protection in most cases.

Our company works with companies who run smart pigs in order to check the integrity of your pipeline. Because of our procedures we can do longer runs and there is no concern about damaging the wall of the existing pipeline. If the pipeline is no longer viable we can install the liner for you.
